Without adequate fence along its borders with numerous Indian states, Nepal is turning becoming a safe haven for citizens of Pakistan and China as they enter India and engage in illicit activity.
A Pakistani lady named Seema Ghulam Haider recently crossed the border into India illegally with her four children after falling in love with an Indian guy.
Through the online game PUBG, the pair connected in 2019 and ultimately became closer.
For almost 50 days, the mom and her four children had been residing in a leased home in Greater Noida.
Following her detention, the Noida Police sent letters to the national security organizations requesting that they look into the situation and to the Home Ministry urging them to strengthen security measures at Nepal’s entrance and leave ports.
Police have already detained several Chinese foreigners who had entered India illegally over the unguarded Nepal border.
Two Chinese nationals named Deng Chonko and Mag Houze were detained by the Special Task Force (STF) on Thursday while they were residing illegally in India.
The two suspects, who entered India illegally via Nepal, were lodging in Greater Noida. They had fake PAN cards and Aadhaar cards, which were found.
The STF previously detained two Chinese nationals who were obtaining Indian passports for Chinese nationals.
Baig Houze was one of the accused, according to the report. The offender was deported back to China in October 2022 after the police detained him without a visa.
The accused traveled to China and then entered Nepal using a tourist visa. After leaving, he took a bus back to Greater Noida across the Maharajganj border, where he began to live illegally and create a false Aadhaar card.

Two Chinese citizens were detained by the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) on June 11, 2022 after they were discovered trying to enter Nepal illegally. According to the SSB, the accused were unable to provide any legitimate documentation to prove their presence on Indian soil.

During questioning, it emerged that the Chinese nationals had traveled from Thailand to Kathmandu with a lady on May 23, and on May 24, they had entered India.

Nepal has borders with Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim, and Uttarakhand. The 726 kilometer boundary between Bihar and Nepal. Nepal and Uttar Pradesh are separated by a 551-kilometer border.
The boundary between Nepal and India stretches for a total of 1751 kilometers. These ways are used to enter India illegitimately.
The fortification of the Punjab and Bengal borders has made Nepal an easier path for anti-national elements, according to Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar in a statement to IANS.
